In our time of Company growth, we are seeking Financial Assistant Supervisor.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As Part Of This Role, You Will

• Providing the decision on financial assistance applications to patients and the billing department
• Monthly monitoring of all self-pay plans to ensure monthly payments are being received
• Acts as the point of contact for financial counselors as needed
• Establishing self-pay agreements
• Shares responsibilities with the Financial Counselors as assigned, including but not limited to chart review and preparation, preparing, and assisting with completion of financial assistance, applications review, and approval of assistance applications

What You Need To Bring To This Role

• High School Graduate or GED required
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical or clerical business office prior to supervisory experience preferred
• MCR Health is a drug-free workplace. All job applicants selected for employment are required to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
