Title: Financial Analysis & Controls

Job Responsibilities:

• The main functions of the Financial Analysis & Controls Level are to gather and analyze financial information and assess/perform financial controls
• A typical Financial Analysis and controls is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
• Will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting partner investment programs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills thought leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required
• Effective management of multiple priorities and ability to prioritize to meet key deliverables
• Experience documenting process flows using Visio and/or MS Word
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, financial policies and internal controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
• Ability to ability to assess design and operational objectives, identify and document control gaps and deficiencies
• Proven technical accounting and critical-thinking skills
• Additional work may also include reviewing incentive calculations against terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy.
• Self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented with a strong desire to get things done and gain measurable results

Must Haves:

• Exceptional Communication skills | 10+ Years of Experience
• Excel skills | 10+ Years of Experience
• Accounting knowledge of process| 10+ Years of Experience

Location: Redmond WA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120K – $180K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate
