Finance Officer Jobs

Beacon Hill Financial has teamed up with a non-profit client in Arlington, VA, to find a Finance Officer to join their team! This person will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for tracking grants and expenditures, as well as participating in budgeting. Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform other duties as determined
• Review monthly expenditure reports (field accounts), which includes review of all vouchers, receipts, and reports for their correctness and proper documentation in line with policies and donor requirements.
• Monitor field office burn rates and process monthly cash flow requests.
• Participate in the budgeting process, as needed.
• Update the internal Budget Tracking Sheet monthly with expenditures.
• Provide direct financial and operational support to USAID activities in close collaboration with the finance team and the country program support staff.
• Provide support to the project's close out activities
