What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

This position will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the company’s financial operations including Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Controlling and Treasure. Moreover, the Finance Manager will ensure that such policies and practices augment the company’s Mission and Core Values.

• Building continuous relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Prepares project analysis including budgets, timelines, and other ad-hoc requests.
• Monitors the day-to-day financial operations of the company including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Collaborates with business partners and stakeholders as necessary to ensure optimal performance of the company’s operations.
• Manages the company's financial accounting department and reporting systems.
• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Compiles and presents market and internal data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Conducts industry research as needed to position the company for potential growth opportunities or risk mitigation.
• Advises senior leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making related to the company’s financials.
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications for Finance Manager

• Master’s degree in: Finance or Economics; and CPA certification. CMA a plus.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Must have experience fostering relationships with financial institutions.
• Experience: 8-10 years of finance experience.
• Above average understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical software. Oracle is a plus.
