Corporate Finance Attorney Jobs

We are seeking a mid-level/senior-level Corporate Finance Associate to join our Corporate Finance Practice Group at our Washington, D.C. office.

Our ideal candidate will have ‎3 - 8 years (classes 2015 - 2020) of extensive finance transaction experience with a primary focus on leveraged finance and structured finance experience at an Am Law 100 firm. Specific experience to include representation of lenders and/or borrowers in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, securitization transactions, venture lending transactions, asset-based lending, leveraged buyouts, corporate recapitalizations, and reorganizations. Ideal candidates will have borrower-side and/or private equity experience.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. Washington, D.C. Bar is required.

All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
