The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing fiscal and administrative tasks, alongside our founders and outsourced accounting team. A love for numbers, spreadsheets, and accuracy us essential to thriving in this role.

THE ROLE

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing fiscal and administrative tasks, alongside our founders and outsourced accounting team. Punctuality and thoroughness are essential to thriving in this role. We are looking for someone with for a joyful approach to project management and has a love for accurate numbers.

• Financial / Accounting

Experience with financials and light accounting; responsible for maintaining budgets and calculating payable & receivable reports. Communicate with our outsourced accounting team regularly.

• AR Management

Daily review of Accounts Receivable; communicating with customers about invoices/payments and escalating when needed. Software: Armatic

• AP Management

Weekly review of Accounts Payable; communicating with accountants and vendors about invoices/payments and scheduling payments. Software: Bill.com

• Administration & Renewals

Work with our insurance brokers to make sure all enrollments, payments, and claims made timely and accurately. Reviews renewals for license and certifications.

• Spreadsheets & Numbers

Must be comfortable with spreadsheet and numbers; required to know advanced spreadsheet formulas. Software: GSheet

• _Software Literacy

Should be very comfortable with cloud-based software and the Google ecosystem; training will be provided, but self-learning is essential to excel in the role.
