Responsibilities

• Establish financial management principles that reduce costs and drive efficient results
• Lead analysis, modeling, and research to support monthly and quarterly financial budgets and forecasts
• Partner with other stakeholders within the team and organization to manage and drive special projects
• Deliver financial success through empowerment and accountability
• Drive a culture of compliance through actions and decisions that instill trust
• Drive automation and increased efficiency by leveraging advanced tools and financial management process improvements
• Manage a repeatable process that allows you to collect, organize and present key data and trends from the team and roll it up effectively to senior management.
• Track metrics/OKRs, develop and streamline business processes for organizational efficiency, and shape programs and initiatives
• Lead and execute org wide strategic business and financial initiatives
• Drive financial rhythm of business including budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews

Skills and experience

• Clear communication both verbal and written
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word doc skills/
• Workback calendar creation, management, and communication
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to present key trends and data
• Works well in fast paced, ever changing environments
• SharePoint/ Teams management and experience integrating external partners
• Detail oriented
• Advertising/creative project management experience
