Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the business team to support decisions that drive efficient and profitable growth
  • Build and own annual and long-term financial plans
  • Develop & communicate enhanced insights on business performance and spend effectiveness
  • Provide thought leadership and financial benchmarks for company exploration of new products, customer segments, and capabilities
  • Lead initiatives to enhance FP&A across the organization
  • Lead strategic planning, help define investment posture, and key components of strategic planning process
Qualifications:
  • Strong business acumen
  • 5+ years of finance experience
  • Must be able to delegate and influence across the greater team
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, organizing skills
  • Flexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguity
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
