Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide phone, online and written support to customers regarding installation, operation and

maintenance of products.

• Research and Document all service-related inquiries and enter in tracking system accurately and

completely in accordance with departmental procedures.

• Configure and test complete UV systems prior to shipment.
• UV system assembly to include electrical and mechanical.
• Special project(s) as assigned.
• Maintain thorough and current knowledge of software, database and services.
• Ensure that all QC/QA requirements are met on all UV systems prior to shipment.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, PM, and other groups to provide long term solutions
• Installation and commissioning of UV systems.
• Service of UV system in the field, including emergency last minute service calls.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong and proven record of excellent written and verbal communication skills and motivational

practices.

• Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address

problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.

• Computer skills (ERP, Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point).
• Must have or be able to get a valid passport for travels outside of the United States.

Experience And Educational Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Completion of a one or two year college program in electrical or electronics engineering

technology, computer engineering technology or an equivalent is preferred.

• Previous Technical Support experience required, along with customer service skills and patience.
• Networking knowledge, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and SCADA preferred
• Detailed understanding of computer hardware and electronic components.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical components.
• Electrical or electronic schematic and mechanical drawing reading required
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows products in enterprise environments.
