Your Role:

The successful Field Service Technician will support our clients in several manufacturing areas, including Automotive Final assembly, General Assembly, and Aerospace assembly, service at their onsite locations throughout Texas and beyond. Additionally, as a Field Service Technician, you will coordinate your travel to visit customer sites to provide technical support for different Atlas Copco tools and assist our customers with troubleshooting the integration of our systems with Computer Networks and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Salary & Travel for Role:

• The salary for this role is $28.50 per hour to start, with pay increases accompanying additional product certifications
• We ask that you are able 60% local travel & 40% national travel per month

• Preferred location for you is Phoenix, AZ
• Locations you can expect to travel to: Phoenix - AZ, Casa Grande - AZ, Coolidge - AZ, Eloy - AZ and Mesa, AZ

To Succeed, You Will Need:

Soft Skills:

• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the customers’ production needs, which involves working outside regular working hours
• Problem-solving mindset
• Customer Service experience
• Who will take ownership of meeting the customer’s needs

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with quality systems and calibration standards
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Experience resolving communication/connectivity issues in Computer Networks
• Experience troubleshooting/repairing mechanical and electrical issues on equipment or tooling
• Ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers
