Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our highly experienced team at Tanana Valley Clinic, the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in Alaska.


The Opportunity:

We are a 14-provider family medicine clinic, part of a larger health system that has served the Fairbanks community for over 60 years. Our expertise runs from newborn care to end-of-life issues and everything in between. As part of a rural health system, you will have the opportunity to manage aspects of care that you would have to pass off in other settings, allowing you to round out your skills and expand your breadth of experience.


  • Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations. 18-20 patients per day
  • Schedule: 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week
  • Team: We operate under a Shared Care Team model, meaning that you will be paired with an APP allowing you to focus on more chronic or complex issues.
  • Compensation: $235k, $65k sign-on bonus. Production pay scale with a total compensation projection of $300k+

Qualifications:
Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician’s employment agreement.
