Fall Intern, Frontend Developer/Ui Developer

Position Summary

The Product Management Intern will be assisting and learning alongside the Quality and Compliance Product Management Team by assisting with the coordination of activities and outreach for Lived Experiences design and development as well as assisting with the development of Talent Tracks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist & learn about customer behavior patterns and how to predict future trends to create new product offerings or improve existing ones
• Assisting product managers as necessary on various projects and tasks.
• Supporting the Product Manager in concept development and analysis - such as defining scope, documenting requirements and business or technical processes - to create story cards that can be turned, by the developers, into code
• Helping with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating product enhancements.
• Supports the communication of product information to internal stakeholders such as designers, engineers, or quality assurance specialists
• Assist & learn the process for conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and concerns
• Assist with the identification of customer needs and potential improvements to existing products or services.
• Responsible for developing and implementing different strategies to drive the product and analyze market trends and competing brands.

Education, Experience and Knowledge Required

• Transcripts will be requested prior to initial interview (unofficial transcripts will suffice)
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and the job is to be performed within the United States
• Interns are expected to work 20 hours a week for the September-December internship period
• Internship will cover dates starting in September and ending in mid-December, with some flexibility on dates given varying school schedules
• All intern candidates MUST be currently enrolled students in an accredited college or university

Compensation

This is a paid internship; pay starts at $15/hr. for the Internship Program.
