Facility Maintenance Technician Jobs

& Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance Tech performs basic & routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems. Being a Facility Maintenance Tech assists with misc. facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures and moving furniture or materials within the facility. Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required. Additionally, Facility Maintenance tech works with or assists trades contractor(s) to complete project or complex repairs. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Technician works under little to no supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.

3-5 years of applicable experience

Pay Range

$23-28 USD

Drug, Background and Driver's Record screening will be conducted.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
• Overtime

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
