Express Lane Service Advisor (Experienced)

Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving is looking to add a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced Express Lane Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding Service Center. This individual will act as a primary point-of-contact for customers arriving via the Service Department's Express Lube Lane. The Express Lane Advisor will provide a world-class experience by engaging with customers to document requested services and ensure services are rendered while maintaining communication.
Job Duties

• Keeps customers informed of the progress and completion of the vehicle, service expenses, and any possible changes. The Advisor handles customer communications effectively and efficiently from appointment to pick up.
• Advises customers of service work needed for vehicle and assists with making an informed decision. The Advisor documents requests for communication with technicians.
• Accurately books repair orders and performs quality checks to ensure repairs are completed.
• Performs vehicle walk-around and documents customer concerns. The Advisor prioritizes required serviced and provide options upon request.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time without resting. (Up to 5 hours)
• Good communication skills
