The Sales Associate Role:

• Establish goals and objectives that meet or exceed dealership standards, and devise strategies to meet or exceed those standards.
• Engage qualified and interested Customers by setting appointments and driving sales.
• Meet monthly quota by excelling on the phone and in-person.
• Be aware of Customers interests and needs at all times, and present and demonstrate vehicles that are in accordance with those interests and needs to build Customer loyalty.
• Become familiar with new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to the Customer.
