- Provide on-going support and expertise to all management personnel, leading and assisting them in establishing and meeting company financial goals and objectives
- Help ensure the continuity of the company’s marketing activities; troubleshoot unsuccessful efforts and analyze patterns of success.
- Set performance expectations, business expectations, quality standards, and human capital management standards of the ARServices leadership team; monitor progress of the team in meeting expectations and provide guidance and support when necessary
- Manage customer relationships and communicate opportunities and issues to the proposal and capture teams on a continual basis; collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively with essential back-office and critical operational functions.
- Identify, qualify, and win new, long-term business opportunities that capitalize on our core capabilities, past performance, and position the company for large program opportunities.

- Perform a variety of tasks including support for development and execution of organizational change management plans and deliverables.
- Ensure the continued growth and success of the company through strategic Business Development (BD) planning, team building, and the implementation of policies and procedures to develop key partnerships
- Guarantee effective proposal development and transition onto contracts as required in support of subcontract and prime contract responsibilities.
- Assist in growing revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities/growth areas while maintaining valuable relationships with current government customers and partners
- Coordinate with teaming partners and customers on business development and staffing activities.
- Must have the capability to take a new contract or task order award and build a high performing team around it.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business with a strong network of professionals and clients
- Ability to manage portfolio to meet corporate financial and quality objectives and have Profit & Loss (P/L) leadership experience managing a portfolio with an annual revenue in excess of $100M
- Must have the ability to engage in client facing activities and proposal development for complex selling solutions

- Top Secret Clearance
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification strongly desired.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years supervisory, P/L and management experience leading sizeable teams related to professional services, with demonstrated performance in running and managing multi-million-dollar programs with a portfolio in excess of $100M
- A Graduate Degree from an accredited college or university
