Company is looking for a Executive Director, Talent Strategy who is a customer-obsessed professional that believes that talent is the key to the success of a business. You take a consultative approach to understand and solving client needs. You are highly strategic, operate with urgency, have strong internal and external communication skills and are passionate about the business of people. What You’ll Do


  • Process: Keep searches on track by applying the necessary methods to attract the most desirable candidates for your clients.
  • Strategy: Operate as a strategic player internally and externally.
  • Client Experience: Travel 20-30% of the time to build client relationships (when applicable).
  • Business Development: Build and maintain executive relationships to convert into new business opportunities.
  • Mentorship: Coach associates working on your roles with you.
  • Assisting with candidate acquisition: Apply and use sourcing strategies to find the right candidates.
  • Client care: Be a partner to high-level clients. You will consult them through profile types and the interview process. You will act as a business partner.
  • Candidate care: Build strong relationships with executive candidates by consulting them through the interview process.
