Job Description

This year-round, full-time position involves a variety of duties, including but not limited to: the financial performance and viability of the organization; supporting and collaborating with the FISH Board of Directors; overseeing the administration of programs and the strategic plan, cultivating and maintaining public and community relations; engaging in relevant interagency communications; supporting a variety of membership activities; supervising existing educational programs; and organizational operations. The FISH Executive Director reports directly to the FISH Board of Directors and works closely with the Executive Committee as needed. Requirements: Relevant education or experience, Washington State Patrol background clearance, public speaking experience or demonstrated aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and good organizational skills.
