Executive Assistant - Financial Services, Banking, Investment Brokerage


Temp to Perm


Pay: $35-$45/H


Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, working both from home and in the office a few days per week.

We have an opening for an Executive Assistant that's contract/temp to perm role in Stamford, CT. This will go perm after the probationary period. This is a very large financial services organization specializing in banking and brokerage.


Duties:

  • Assist with various reporting requests.
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Reporting functions using MS Office programs (Need strong Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Travel arrangements
  • Various department data and presentation projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Supporting multiple executives and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Acting as gatekeeper to executive and C-level / C-Suite professionals.
  • Preparing expense reports
