Job Description

Our client in tech is looking for a qualified Executive Administrator to join their team on a HYBRID (partially on-site), 10 month assignment!


This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide a diverse range of organizational, project, and administrative services. Overtime may be required, with flexibility to work outside the standard work hours as needed.


Key Priorities:

  • Build and maintain good business relationships with customers both internally and externally.
  • Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Serve as backup support to the EA as needed - makes administrative decisions and requests on behalf of CVP to provide complex calendar management.
  • Anticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group.
  • Creates data management plans and manages data by using the advanced features of proprietary products/tools.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, and acts as an information resource to the business group.
  • Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.
  • Drive for improvements within our business process and resources.
  • Assist Chief of Staff with day-to-day exec office operations.
  • Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events.
  • Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
  • Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for Chief of Staff and Lead EA.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.


Skills and Experiences:


Have effective written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10+ years of executive administrative/project management work experience supporting high level leaders in a fast-paced environment.

6-8 years supporting CVP level or above.

Extensive experience working in an extremely fast paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interface at the exec-level with customers and partners both internal and external.

Possess drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to work independently, navigate new challenges with confidence, and adjust direction in response to shifting priorities with a calm sense of urgency.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50-$55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
