Job Description
Researches, negotiates, books, and communicates travel for sales team of 100+ and an event list of 150+. Assists in planning and booking other employee events and conferences. Books management team travel. Manages accounting functions, booking expenses, and submitting to VP.
Essential Responsibilities
Researches, negotiates, books, and communicates travel for sales team of 100+ and a show list of 150+ Assists in planning and booking other employee events and conferences. Books management team travel. Manages accounting functions, booking expenses and submitting to VP Assists with travel and expense management, and ensures payment for travel Reconciles expenses with the business travel account Develops and maintains relationships with event management team Coordinates/Participates in offsite meetings and training Communicates professionally with all internal and external contacts
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Follows all Company policies and executes Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation Completes all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior Management Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
Education
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

1+ Years travel industry experience required.
