2+ years’ experience as an Instrument Operator, Party Chief or Survey Technician

Experience with Trimble equipment and software, preferred but not required

Experience with WSDOT, ODOT, and/or ITD coding, preferred but not required.

CST, LSI or PLS certification preferred but not required

Good social and communication skills

Work primarily in the field on control, boundary, topography, laser scanning and other tasks on a one or two-person crew

Offer travelers relevant information through brochures and publications, including guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and upcoming events.

Establish valuable connections with tour operators to enhance our travel offerings.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Review each person's travel preferences and need to make sure you can tailor a vacation that satisfies them.

Observe budgets, and organize trips according to clients' budget constraints

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to curate flawless travel experiences.

Stay up-to-date with the latest sports trends and travel industry developments to enhance the quality and diversity of offered packages.

Manage budgeting, pricing, and financial aspects of travel packages to ensure profitability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, partners, and team members effectively.

Research and identify sporting events, tournaments, and training camps with high travel demand.

Design and create bespoke travel packages that cater to the unique interests and needs of individual clients, sports teams, and organizations.
