Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Sports Management

Previous event or sports experience and basic knowledge of motorsports and NASCAR a plus

Assisting the Event Marketing Manager with media promotions and activations, including managing the relationships with radio and TV outlets

Analyzing fan experiences throughout the sports industry to enhance weekend event programming at Talladega and across the Southeast Region

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic Requirements for the Event Assistant Positions:

1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details

Other duties as assigned by upper management

Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields preferred but not required

Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills

Educate community members on their clients brands and services with the goal of increasing brand awareness and revenue
