Manage large, complex education programs and stakeholder involvement. Coordinates planning, preparation, and program execution. Primary contact for directors, program leaders, coordinators, medical and administrative staff, external institutions, professional groups, universities, and manufacturers/vendors. Manage stakeholder partnerships, communications, and issue resolution. Requires knowledge of systems for training programs, processes, and purchasing. Must be able to work as a member of a team and prioritize workload with moderate to minimal supervision.


Job Duties:


  • Manage procurement of equipment, catering, welcome gifts, etc.
  • Conduct detailed and ongoing cost analysis of delivering programs.
  • Partner with leadership, clinical development partners, peers, and/or third-party vendors on the instructional design of education programs.
  • Ensure records /compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships, maintaining contracts with learning content providers and schools (where applicable).
  • Track expenses, prepare invoices, submit payments, and deposit cash and checks.
  • Oversee and support delivery of in-person and virtual instructor-led onboarding, orientation, and/or education programs for specific staff groups.
  • Provide technological support to end users and collaborate with others to solve issues as needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact for program participants, connecting them with other internal or external partners as needed.
  • Support ongoing education requirements where applicable (Ex: clinical hours, certifications/ licensing renewal, etc.).
  • Manage all program and event logistics (Ex: schedules, enrollments, communications, trainings, materials, evaluations, grading, etc.).
  • Plan and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for all programs.
  • Leverage data to recommend and implement continuous program improvements.


Knowledge, Skills & Education:


  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Previous experience working with learning, authoring and publishing tools.
  • Experience managing programs, events and working with learning management system(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to listen, process information and respond effectively in meetings with multiple customers.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with technology implementations and helpdesk desired.
  • Must be comfortable learning new technologies, problem solving with peers and/or teaching others.
  • Minimum of three years of project management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage priorities of multiple team members.
