Epc Project Coordinator Jobs

This is an entry-level role and is an essential member of the EPC project team, responsible for delivering energy projects of varying size and complexity from engineering design through construction. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the direction, organization, and control of project activities, under the guidance of senior project management staff.

Scope of Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Make periodic project site visits.
• Issue contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Participate in interdepartmental coordination.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing for capital equipment.
• Attend client meetings, keep meeting minutes and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Track & manage anticipated project memos, insurance certificates, RFIs, submittals, change notices and change orders.
• Organization of project documents and filing.
• Review and comment on contracts and subcontracts.
• Assist in the development of project cost estimates.
• Participate in the permit approval process for contracted projects.
• Assist project management staff with project tracking, schedule updates, budgets, cash flows, purchasing and preparation of project deliverables.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to work as part of a team or self-directed tasks.
• Excellent time and workload management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Project/Construction Management focus is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Microsoft Project and Excel).
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience and/or understanding of commercial or industrial construction is a plus.
• High degree of attention to detail and follow-through.
