Environmental Specialist Jobs

Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
Knowledge of mold, lead, asbestos, NYC compliance, and DHCR filings is highly desirable.
Familiarity with relevant local regulations and requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Evnornmental and NYC compliance petaining to managing nyc real estate
Familiarity with online filing systems and databases.
