Requirements

What You Own

• Using automation technologies such as Ansible to create testable, repeatable processes to build and operate the infrastructure.
• Deploying and maintaining various common infrastructure services such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, and relational databases
• Configuring and tuning Linux operating systems for security and performance
• Monitoring and maintaining our private blockchain networks.
• Assisting Development and Operations teams
• Assisting in the design, delivery, and maintenance of our cloud-hosted product infrastructure

What You Bring

• Understanding of networking and common protocols such as TCP and UDP, HTTP, DNS, and SMTP
• Experience coding in one or more languages, Python would be a huge plus.
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with blockchain technology is a huge plus.
• Experience with Ansible is a huge plus.
• Effective communication skills, especially the ability to translate technical jargon and concepts into terms intelligible to a layperson.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the above areas
• A customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize among competing demands.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to improve the platform continuously.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
