Requirements:We are seeking an individual who
- Has an associate degree or a completed certificate program in education, online learning, or instructional/curriculum design,
- Has experience in the credit union industry, is a plus.
- Has 3-6 months experience in designing and developing online learning,
- Is passionate about learning and developing themselves and wants to get into the L&D space,
Our preferred candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience or training in instructional design and digital learning development. This entry level position may be for you if you are looking to gain the experience now that you have the degree or certificate!
The individual in this position will support our learning and development team by coordinating content development for our Digital Learning platform. The individual will use their experience and/or training to help plan online learning courses, objectives, storyboards and assessments to ensure an effective user learning experience. This individual will also identify subject matter experts, monitors the content for quality, and serves as editor for digital audio and video files.
