Project Manager / Entry Level (Remote)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is an entry-level, remote position based in the USA, and we welcome applications from candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about project management.

• Coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide regular project updates
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management software and tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
