Entry Level / Executive Office Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Office Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Office Assistant, you will be responsible for inputting and updating information into our computer systems and databases. This is an entry-level position, and you can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
• Inputting and updating data into our computer systems and databases
• Managing and organizing digital files
• Communicating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Completing tasks within deadlines
• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience as a data entry clerk/ typist is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
