Job Description
We are looking for a competent, Entry Level Event Assistant to oversee and organize events that will impact a target audience. You’ll ensure successful and cost-effective events, paying attention to budget and time constraints.


This is a role for someone who wants to be in an in-person environment as we get back into a more social and communicative corporate culture.


Entry Level Event Assistant for Consideration:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Great leadership skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Experience as an Event Coordinator/Specialist
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills


Entry Level Event Assistant Role and Responsibilities:


  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers
  • Assisting subordinate members
  • Planning cost-effective events
  • Overseeing events
  • Making solid suggestions
  • Recruiting suitable personnel
