Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for marketing? We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team!
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns, conduct market research, analyze data, and assist with the creation of marketing materials
Duties and Responsabilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization
• Maintain marketing databases and assist with CRM system management
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and digital advertising
• Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows and promotional events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and copywriters, to develop compelling marketing materials

Skills:

• Degree in marketing, sales, or similar.
• Proficiency in Hootsuite.
• A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
• Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
