Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper accounting records and reports.
• Investigates and resolves any missing receipts or expenses.
• Participate in monthly inventory as needed.
• We are all about teamwork and working together to get the job done, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
• Maintains and audits sales reports and prepares a daily reconciliation between sales and money received from all third-party delivery companies.
• Creates and inputs journal entries.
• Maintain and update documentation for your role and look for ways to improve the process.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Accurately input payable invoices and issue checks to vendors.
• Code and reconcile daily credit and debit card purchases.
• Reconcile store cash payouts and review receipts provided.
• Assist daily with processing and management of multiple incoming email inboxes.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled College Senior majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to work with co-workers, and all levels of staff.
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
• Ability to meet specific deadlines and successfully work under pressure with close attention to detail and in an organized manner.
• Must be able to demonstrate generally accepted accounting principles.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
