Role Summary

Our approach focuses on developing chemistry and trust with our clients. To help us build functional systems that improve client experience. We are now looking for a well-rounded and experienced Mobile Device Management Support Engineer.

As a Enterprise Mobility Engineer, you will work collaboratively with product leaders and other experienced Engineers to execute our combined product visions. You will spend most of your time working to build across a variety of multiple platform applications.

The position requires the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, product-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be driven by the challenge of solving unique problems in a compressed timeframe while balancing the needs of the business. The role will require someone comfortable with some ambiguity/minimal direction, and that can thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. Skills And Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information to users at all skill levels
• Assigning devices, cert renewals, APNS, supervision identities
• Change Management experience; creating test, deployment and rollback plans
• Worked in fast-paced production environments, where attention to detail and ability to multitask are crucial
• Strong knowledge of iOS and MacOS, specifically in the Mobile Device Management space with emphasis on APNS, DEP and VPP
• Monitor and Triage Production Issues via Help Desk ticketing systems, while prioritizing issues and adhering to team SLAs
• Documentation skills - creating and updating knowledge base articles and document repository
• Excellent troubleshooting theory. Ability to solve end to end issues from app deployments, network connectivity managed app configs, etc and escalate to appropriate teams as needed
• 3-5 experience as MDM Support Engineer or similar role
• DevOps Experience is a Plus
• Ability to deploy applications and configurations via Apple Configurator and OTA via MDM clients (MobileIron, AirWatch, Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Jenkins etc.)
• Team player, with desire to learn and grow in your role, while mentoring others

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MobileIron and/or Jamf
• Ability to build and modify APIs standalone or with tools such as Postman
• Working knowledge of Apple Provisioning Utility
• Experience with Atlassian suite of products; Jira Service Desk, Confluence and BitBucket
• Familiarity with code repositories and checking in code
• Programming languages (Python, Go, Swift, Bash)
