Our Early Childhood Education division is dedicated to teacher training exclusively for the childcare industry.

We are seeking tenacious and charismatic individuals to take their next career step with us.

The Enrollment Specialist utilizes effective selling skills and is responsible for accurately disseminating information to potential students to sell our Early Childhood Education programs and products via phone, email, chat and sms with childcare center directors and other appropriate contacts, in defined territories.

While this is a mostly remote role - we like to bring people together in person from time to time. We are looking for candidates based in the Washington DC/Baltimore metro area who are able to come into our Arlington, VA office once or twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Identify student concerns through active listening and identify how Early Childhood Education courses are able to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport through engaging conversations via all channels of communication with leads
• Help prospective students identify and select which courses will be able to meet their needs and educational goals
• Create and maintain accurate contact history and necessary updates in our CRM to manage prospective Early Childhood Education student pipeline
• Prospecting; cold calls to non-customer child care centers within the territory and disseminate information about training programs
• Inbound calls; follow-up and potential enrollment of students from all inbound calls from segments in assigned territory
• Maintain working knowledge of Early Childhood Education benefits, SOPs, region specific regulations, credit transfer process, and courses in order to assess if our courses are the right fit for a prospective student
• Effectively communicate with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, sms, and email
• Increase market penetration by cold calling assigned territories to promote and sell Early Childhood Education online training

Qualifications

• Experience in any early childhood education setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, phone sales, customer service, or enrollment
• Experience in a call center environment with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
