Job Details:
Purpose
To complete key functions within each phase of the OnRamps enrollment cycle, providing exceptional customer support to students, instructors, internal staff, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Fulfill enrollment documentation requests from current and former OnRamps students with accuracy and according to established standards and timelines. Comply with relevant program, state, and federal regulations related to protection of student records.
  • Complete key functions during each phase of the OnRamps enrollment cycle. Implement established processes and protocols with fidelity to ensure accuracy of student records and associated documentation. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of OnRamps enrollment processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving to OnRamps students, instructors, and staff members with professionalism, positivity, tact, and decorum. Resolve a variety of questions about OnRamps enrollment and credit using standardized service and support strategies.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that advance the mission of OnRamps as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of new technology systems.
  • Experience with student record management or educational administration.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience providing customer support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
  • Three years of experience with program coordination or administration in an enterprise or educational environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Smartsheet or other Project Management system.
  • Experience using a customer support ticketing system.
  • Five years of experience coordinating programs in an enterprise or educational environment
  • Experience using a student information system, learning management system, or customer relationship management platform.
  • Experience developing and integrating continuous improvement processes.
Salary Range
$60,000 + depending on qualifications
Working Conditions
  • Climbing of stairs.
  • May work around standard office conditions.
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
  • Hybrid work environment - typically two days a week in the office and three days a week from a remote office.

Employment Eligibility:
