Engineering Manager Jobs

Requirements:

We are looking for a Software Development Manager / Engineering manager who will be able to work

with software development team distributed across multiple locations.

Overall 10+yrs of development and delivery experience in various domains and applications

5+years demonstrated technical project management experience managing large, complex projects with

multi-function teams in a dynamic environment

- Extensive work experience in React, NodeJS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, React Native

- A team player with attention to detail as well as capable of working independently.

- Conversant in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including client interaction, requirement

gathering, application design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance and enhancement.

- Responsible for developing a good relationship with the team & business, get inputs from the business and

communicate to the team members of the project.

- Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the

best out of the team.

- Should have the ability to solve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome

and finish the project with great quality and on time.

-Overall accountability of project scope, project budgeting and cost reporting, and ensures completion of

projects while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organizations standard processes.

- Experience in analysis, design, development, and testing of various web-based applications and micro-services

architecture-based applications.

- Comprehensive and analytical approach and problem-solving capabilities; along with excellent verbal, written,

interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

- Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders

- Monitor and track projects

The range for this role is $60/hr to $75/hr depending on experience and qualifications. The exact offer may vary depending on the candidate's level of experience, job-related knowledge, skills, location and qualifications.
