• Generating test programs for MEMS based timing products.
• Review new product specifications, advise design teams on product manufacturability for MEMS timing-base products.
• Characterize and evaluate new products.
• Yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Work with applications, marketing, product and reliability groups for the release of new products, monitoring goals and schedules.
• Define and develop high speed, low noise ATE test boards.
• Analysis of customer returned devices.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience with ATE systems a plus
• Bachelor's/master's degrees in computer engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
• Knowledge of C/C++ programming language a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to excel in multi-disciplinary team environment across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of semiconductors, statistic, analog and digital theory and circuit analysis and semiconductor IC testing a plus.

Pay Range
The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $64,480 - $128,000, dependent on specific skills and work experience. We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature.
