Position Available

• Location - St. Paul, Newport and Hastings
• Employment Supports Coordinator (Full-time with $1000 Hiring Bonus)

The Employment Supports Coordinator assists with ensuring that all assigned consumers have the means to develop, improve, and maintain desired employment opportunities. Coordinates services with the employer and consumer to enhance work performance and job satisfaction through weekly visits to the worksite or offsite. Maintains consumer records and ensures compliance with all data privacy regulations. Issues reports and maintains other records as required. The Employment Supports Coordinator will also maintain weekly communication with consumers and his/her interdisciplinary team members regarding consumer's progress.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, and have a minimum of an Associates Degree (an emphasis in Social Services is preferred, but not required), have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and proof of up to date auto insurance. Previous 2-year experience working with individuals that have developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.15 - $23.27 per hour

Schedule

• Weekend availability
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
