POSITION SUMMARY:
The Employee Experience Specialist will report to the SVP/Head of Human Resources. The Specialist will plan and execute all strategic engagement activities, internal associate communications and employment branding. The Specialist will assist and further develop a variety of programs and initiative through the FullBeauty employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an HR or Internal Communications professional with impeccable writing and presentation skills. The Specialist should possess a strong understanding of how to use social media, internal communications, and associate engagement, as an effective means to rally associates around the company vision and mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the SVP/Head of HR and HR Team to define, build, and grow company culture.
· Develop, implement, and assess strategies and programs to continuously improve our employee experience contributing to a high-performing organization linked to our values.
· Assist in building our employee communications plan and strategy that informs, inspires, and connects our employees to the Company’s business priorities and culture.
· Create and manage both internally and externally the FullBeauty Brands employment brand and employee value proposition on social media platforms and company’s intranet.
· Oversee and manage annual pulse survey, including timelines, vendor selection, action planning, and goal setting, ensuring HR and leadership team has access to insights that inform positive change.
· Drive development and implementation of associate recognition initiatives/programs that are valued across the organization.
· Content development: write and edit corporate messages/briefing documents, create web content, employee engagement communications, organizational announcements, and project-specific communications.
· Build annual calendars, schedule and plan events for employee engagement including performance update events, social, holiday, teambuilding, and other annual activities.
· Oversee on-boarding, intern programs and other training initiatives, such as lunch and learns, mentorship program. This includes scheduling, logistics, attendance, and the creation of materials.
· Support the creation of collateral for various events: onboarding, orientation, meetings, career fairs, speakers, etc.
· Identify industry-leading initiatives/best practices that increase the overall employee experience.
· Utilizes metrics and data to continuously drive efficiencies, process and program improvements, and implementation quality/adoption.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of corporate values, branding, and marketing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, or another related field preferred
- Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including InDesign.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and inspiring professional and communicator who can influence and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in planning and delivering strategic campaigns, events, and projects.
- Creative thinker who is attentive to detail
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
