Job Description
The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level II is responsible for the day-to-day Fault Resolution, troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Equipment. This worker acts as a junior-level material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at the Fairburn, GA site location.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22 to $25 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do In This Role
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
  • Respond to semi-complex service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
  • Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data, to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
  • Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
  • Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and understand the resources to resolve them.
  • Repair and maintenance of Automated systems including Chain Conveyors, Roll Conveyors, Lift tables, Photo eyes, Proxy Sensors belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.
  • Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
  • Fault Resolution on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), and Conveyor systems.
What We Are Looking For
  • Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
  • Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.
  • Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours.
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Typically, vocational technical training preferred.
  • Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
  • Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each.
  • Have functional dexterity in both hands and wrists.
