We are looking for an experiencedElectrical Mechatronics Engineerto join our fast-growing company. If you are excited about battery technologies for electric vehicles and looking to join a fast-growing startup, this position is for you. Please see below our job description and requirements.

Qualification

• Be comfortable working in a Lean-Agile working environment, a must.
• B.S. in Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering and above
• Confer with engineering staff and other personnel to identify and resolve problems with the design or implementation of electro-mechanical components or systems.
• Ability to work with collaborate with other teams’ high caliber engineers time-efficiently.
• Capability to adapt well to fast- passed working environment in a start-up business.
• Skilled in Allen-Bradley, Siemens, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Logic Controls (PLC) programming languages: FBD, LD, SFC, or SCL, etc.
• Maintain 5S: clean, safe, and organized working environments.
• Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database or spreadsheets, etc.
• Great time management and task orientated skills.
• Minimum 5 years of Hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use with one of the following Programable Logic Controls (PLC) programming languages: FBD, LD, SFC, or SCL.
• Present technical information and respond to questions from customers, vendors, managers, and co-workers upon request.
• Design, assemble, program, and prove-out prototype electro-mechanical equipment and components to validate future projects and processes.
• Read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Interface with the Technical Staff daily to discuss present and future projects for updates.
• Assist co-workers by providing hands-on technical support for lab and production equipment.
• Determine the best hardware and software to meet electro-mechanical engineering system requirements.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), including layers, or SolidWorks Electrical 3D, drawing to scale, drawing dimensions, and basic AutoCAD commands.
• Working knowledge of designing, building, and programming PLCs is required with Allen-Bradley or Siemens equipment.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Design, read, and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Salary range provided is negotiable and will be based on experience.
