Electrical Designer
We are looking for an experienced full-time Electrical Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and experience using Revit.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed electrical design drawings using Revit software. This will include working closely with electrical engineers to create drawings that accurately represent the electrical systems in buildings and other structures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the drawings comply with industry standards and codes.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience using Revit. You should also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure that designs are effective and efficient
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electrical engineering and Revit
- Create detailed electrical design drawings using Revit software
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues as they arise
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards
- Work closely with electrical engineers to ensure the accuracy of drawings
- Ensure that drawings comply with industry standards and codes
- 2+ years of experience as an electrical engineering designer/drafter
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM
- AS Degree in Drafting, Computer Aided Design or similar
