Job Description
Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking Electrical Assembly Operators for Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII), that will work as part of a team to assemble and place high-tech components on PCB circuit boards. Once you join the team, you will perform a wide variety of tasks within a production line in an industrial setting. You will have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills and expand your career in smart manufacturing.


We have positions available for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis.


Have 4 days off each week!!!


  • Night Shift: Monday-Wednesday from 6:00pm-6:00am ($19.80/hour)
  • Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday from 6:00pm-6:00am ($19.80/hour)
  • Day Shift: Thursday-Saturday from 6:00am-6:00pm ($18.00/hour)
  • Day Shift: Monday-Wednesday from 6:00am-6:00pm ($18.00/hour)


Requirements


  • Carry materials and other large items of moderate to heavy weight.
  • Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly
  • Examine parts for defects such as pinholes or chips.
  • Receive parts kit from inventory.
  • Build and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time.
  • Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.
  • Operate tools such as, but not limited to; drills, mono-bolt guns, and wrenches during the assembly process.
  • Adhere to safety regulation as written by the company and assist in teaching others safety standards.
  • Must by willing to be flexible within your assigned area and perform a multitude of tasks.
  • Follow policies and instructions that pertain to quality work standards and production quality
  • Read electrical blueprints and install components such as relays, controls and other types of controllers on electrical panels.
  • Responsible for clean-up, bench organization, and tool inventory.
  • Manually pick and place small components onto specified areas.


Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to maintain efficiency and work together with team members to complete projects by their deadlines.
  • Specific vision abilities are required including; close and distance vision, the ability to identify colors, hand/eye coordination, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This position requires walking, standing, and repetitive bending throughout the day; must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift.
  • Light to medium physical effort required. Will handle an average-weight of objects that are 5-25 pounds.
  • Some holidays and weekends required.
