What we're looking for

We're searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes.

This is a seasonal position. We are hiring for this position now and employment is expected to end on or around 08/31/23. While the company is under no obligation to extend your employment through the season nor beyond the end date, there may be additional opportunities within this or other roles.

What you'll do

• Collect and remove trash and debris
• Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
• Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics
• Identify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
• Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings

The skills you'll need and position requirements

• Weekend availability
• Smartphone and personal email address
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
• No experience required, we're happy to train you!
• Ability to relocate to St. Germain area for the summer

Compensation:

• $250 Sign-on Bonus (paid after 30 days)
• $23 / hr summer pay rate (5/28/23-9/2/23)

Employee housing available:

• June 1- Aug 31
• Rent- $50/week payroll deduction
• Beautiful north woods home with shared living space, mix of separate and shared bedrooms
