Job Description

We are hiring electrical assemblers.

Benefits of working here:

  • Pay STARTS at $18.00/hr
  • After two months, full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay.
  • Pay raise after 300 hours worked (approx. two months of full time) based on performance
  • 4-day work week (38 hours)
  • Long weekends !!!
  • Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
  • Friday 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.


Paid holidays:

  • Chrismas
  • New Year’s Day
  • Independence Day
  • Memorial Day
  • If a holiday occurs on the weekend (including Monday), the prior Friday will be the paid day off.
  • Thanksgiving & Day after
  • Labor Day


  • We train you on the job.
  • After one year, the rate doubles to 2 hours of PTO earned per 40 worked.
  • Optional overtime is occasionally offered.
  • Time can be used for paid vacations after one year
  • One hour of paid time off (PTO) is earned per 40 worked.
  • NO LIMIT to PTO hours earned.
  • No experience necessary
  • Sick days / Personal day time accrued at greater than the law requires.

Abilities we are looking for.

  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions, which vary from project to project.
  • Attention to detail
