Swelar is a leading online company that trains people in digital skills. We're currently looking for a PCI-DSS – Quality Assurance Analyst professional to teach our 9-week online boot camp in our PCI-DSS – Quality Assurance Analyst Course. As a Swelar instructor, you'll get to teach, do research, generate spark and excitement in the students, and develop your skills in an active project-based setting.

Job Duties:

• Keep improving your skills and collaborate with other Swelar Educators to create digital platforms and tools for teaching.
• Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adapt instruction as needed.
• Deliver lectures, guide students on technical matters, and assist in their project development with the latest PCI-DSS and Quality Assurance practices.
• Use Swelar’s "Agile Education" methods to continuously enhance students' learning experiences.
• Foster an energetic and exciting learning environment that engages students and encourages their curiosity and desire to learn.
• Contribute to creating Swelar’s curriculum that will benefit many individuals in their careers.
• Teach our 9-week online boot camp on PCI-DSS Quality Assurance, providing practical, hands-on experience.
• Write and research new content to keep teaching skills up to date.
• Develop a detailed course curriculum that covers necessary competencies in PCI-DSS standards, Quality Assurance methodologies, and related tools.
• Lead class activities, discussions, demonstrations, and mentor future talent in PCI-DSS Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading technical teams
• Familiarity with different types of testing (Unit, Integration, System, and Acceptance).
• Teaching experience, comfortable speaking to large groups, and enjoy mentoring.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements for handling sensitive customer data.
• Empathetic and enthusiastic with a passion for teaching and creating positive learning experiences.
• Deep understanding of PCI-DSS standards, Quality Assurance methodologies, and related tools.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and drive to excel.
• Experience in conducting PCI-DSS audits, identifying non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 3-5 years as a PCI-DSS – Quality Assurance Analyst with a relevant bachelor’s degree OR 8 years of work experience in this field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
