Job Description
Are you passionate about empowering the next generation with news literacy skills? We have an amazing opportunity for a Manager of Educator Success to join our dynamic and nationally recognized education nonprofit.
About Us
We are a leading national education nonprofit dedicated to promoting news literacy among middle and high school students. Our innovative e-learning platform, Checkology, has become the go-to resource for schools across the country. As we expand our reach and build a national movement for news literacy, we need talented individuals to join our team.
Your Role
You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the experience of educators and students using our platforms, resources, and programs. Your primary focus will be to ensure educators have a positive experience with our offerings while contributing to the growth of our goals and metrics. Join our vibrant Educator Engagement team and help us foster a thriving community of educators.
What You'll Do
Educator Support (40%): Respond to educator inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a 90% support satisfaction rating. Manage and update our support materials, including the NLP Education Help Center. Take charge of Checkology administrative features, such as student contests and push notifications. Provide assistance during virtual events and in-person tabling when needed.
Educator Experience (40%): Create engaging resources for educators and students that enhance our educator engagement group's offerings. Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback, quotes, and testimonials about our platforms, resources, and programs.
Collaboration with the Platforms Team (20%): Work closely with our platform team to prioritize and address technical issues. Participate in platform update projects to improve the user experience.
About You
Besides having strong organizational and attention to detail skills, we are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, preferably in a virtual support environment.
Excels at writing clear and concise support and educational materials for a broad audience.
Has a background in teaching or familiarity with educational technology.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 for this full-time position.
