Description

Control Risks is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to directly support the eDiscovery function of a Fortune 500 client of ours. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards we expect at Control Risks. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the various teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.

The successful candidate will perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute detail-oriented project management across multiple projects with varying timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance.
  • Continually refine and improve existing programs through structured decision making and collaborative execution.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Work with the Technical Project Managers to eliminate blockers and ensure the success of the project.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, from conception to delivery and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification OR 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • Comfort with managing compressed timelines with an ability to handle shifting priorities in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Benefits

  • Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements, wherever possible, that emphasize the value of in-person time together - in the office and with our clients - while continuing to support flexible and remote working.
  • We operate a discretionary bonus scheme that incentivizes, and rewards individuals based on company and individual performance.
  • Control Risks offers a competitively positioned compensation and benefits package that is transparent and summarized in the full job offer.
