Job Description
Our client, an international law firm recognized for their exceptional culture, is seeking a Project Analyst to join their high-functioning, close-knit Litigation Support team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will utilize your proficiency in Relativity to partner with Project Managers in processing, preparing data for review, analysis, and production. Key responsibilities include managing client data, exporting productions, and ensuring compliance with ESI agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Analytics skills are a plus, but not required. This firm is conducting a search for a Project Analyst in their Legal Technology & Consulting Services Department (eDiscovery). The ideal candidate will be proficient in Relativity & Ipro, using their technical knowledge to perform a variety of duties to assist Technology Project Managers and other assigned team members to prepare data for review, analysis, and/or production. The primary duty is the performance of work directly related to the management of the Firm’s clients.


Essential Duties


  • Communicate requirements with the Technology Project Managers and other team members for their processing needs to ensure the end product is what is requested
  • Perform any additional duties or special projects required by client needs
  • Export of productions to specifications outlined in the ESI agreements
  • Process data to Relativity
  • Create and edit workspaces, fields, choices, layouts, views and indexes
  • Assist with documenting processes and procedures as well as provide feedback on software and hardware
  • Assess data received from clients to determine most effective method to load to Relativity workspace
  • Maintain confidentiality of all firm/client matters
  • Meet or exceed the firm’s billing goal for this position
  • Proficient in Relativity and Ipro and RCA preferred
  • Work can require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position and can require irregular hours
  • Strong understanding of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
  • Perform quality checks on processed data and format data for import or export to meet client requests
  • Provide updates on the status of tasks to Technology Project Managers
  • Support the Technology Project Managers and other team members to prepare productions
  • Set up, run and complete export requests
  • Load productions from opposing parties into Relativity workspace


Skills Needed To Be Successful


  • Proficient in Relativity and Ipro
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Work requires the ability to make sound decisions in the absence of clear instructions
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret verbal and written concepts to facilitate the accurate completion of a task
  • Excellent organization skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm and with outside contacts
  • Strong command of the English language and legal and technical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, responsiveness and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.)


Expected salary for this role is $90,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
